How to Access the Service
All services are available using HTTPS and provided from XConnect Points of Presence (PoPs) in the US and EU. For high volume, ultra low latency applications such as voice and message routing customers are recommended to use XConnect’s ENUM interface. A SIP interface is also available for telecommunication switch applications. HTTPS query examples are shown below. Other interfaces are similar, contact sales for full specification.
Monitoring and Support Desk
All XConnect NIS services are monitored on a 24x7x365 basis from the XConnect Network Operations Centres. A multi-lingual customer support desk is also continuously available to help customers with any issues or questions about the service.
SFTP Site and Web Portal
XConnect provides a secure FTP site and customer web portal enabling customers to gain access to updated documentation, raise trouble tickets, view usage reports, generate test queries and perform batch processing.
Query Customisation
XConnect can provide rapid query customisation through our SMART rules engine, which allows bespoke queries to be created by selecting desired response attributes and combining multiple queries with filters and decision trees.
