Job Description
The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of programs that align with our company objectives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and within budget.
The Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, sales, operations, engineering, marketing and the leadership team, to drive program delivery, mitigate risks, and optimise performance.

We're looking for:
- Minimum 10 years’ project management experience in program management, project management, or a related field.
- Experience with project managing new products and enhancements to existing product sets
- Proven track record of managing complex programs and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organisation.
- Ideally experience working in an SME with a “sleeves up” attitude.
